Doing so wasn't very convenient though and hence I haven't taken too many photos of shit over the past few years, even though I could've used them on my various blogs. Which is too bad, really. There have definitely been times these past few years when I wished I had some sort of camera handy.
I was gonna buy one anyway this summer, but I got way too busy with work and what have you to actually go through with it. So when my mom asked me a few weeks ago if there was anything in particular I wanted for Kwanzaa, that was the first thing that came to mind.
In addition to a camera (some Kodak EasyShare bullshit), I also received a camera bag made by Samsonite, a memory card, a USB cable and one of those all-in-one printer/scanner/copiers, which I've yet to actually hook up three days now after the fact.
In fact, it wasn't until last night that I got a chance to actually take a few snaps with the EasyShare. It was too dark to get anything outside, but I took it around the apartment and got a few shots of some shit, which you can see here on your left.
They aren't much to look at I know, but, to give you an idea, there were three or four more that somehow managed to be even worse. The ones I took outside today are a bit better. Maybe I'll post them here as well at some point.
